If you want me to open the e-mail, I would suggest you not change the subject. I will filter out everything that comes into my mail box unless it contains the subject filled in by the form.
The form above was provided by my web host, so when you click "Send", it will take you to a page where you will confirm sending the e-mail. Just click the "Continue" button on the confirmation page, then scroll down and click the "Return to Website" button, and you will be taken right back to this page. Sorry about all of this, but I can't afford the extra $54 a year to take out the confirmation step.
You can still use the contact links provided at the bottom of this, and every, page. However, if you want to make sure I read your e-mail, always use the words "Website Contact" in the subject line. I will most likely filter out everything else. I don't want to risk a virus or spyware infection.
